Travel Permits

All teams must consult with the Division Director before proceeding to a Tournament. All teams must provide a change of game form if they have changed a league game to go to a tournament. Should the CLMH receive a bond assement because a team went to a tournament and did not properly reschedule a league game the team will pay the League fine. 

Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta Regulations states that teams travelling outside of their Zone or playing in an exhibition game require a Travel Permit. To ensure there is no confusion all coaches will inform CLMH when they are going to a Tournament and CLMH will get the Travel Permit.

To complete a Travel Permit open the form with link below. Save form to your disk and complete then forward to Tournament/Travel Coordinator travelpermits@clmh.com and CC to the CLMH President and your Category Director. 

or  Print form and complete and hand deliver to Tournament /Travel Coordinator or VP of Hockey Operations.

YOU MUST ALLOW 72 HOURS TO RECEIVE AN APPROVED TRAVEL PERMIT AFTER SUBMISSION.

TRAVELLING WITHOUT AN APPROVED TRAVEL PERMIT CAN LEAD TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST COACHES AND MANAGERS
