For the 2010-2011 Season

For each player registered with CLMH a parent/guardian is required to work two bingo's and must post two $200.00 bingo bond cheques (undated).  These bonds will be given back when these obligations have been met.


Upon registration, you are required to sign up for your required Bingo's.  The sign-up sheets will be on a first come first get basis.  However, the bingo dates for Feb 10 - June 10 will not be published until mid-Dec09.  The dates will be posted on the CLMH website (www.clmh.com).  Each parent/guardian will be responsible to contact the Bingo Coordinator NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31, 2011 to sign up for their Bingo's.  All parent/guardians who do not contact the Bingo Coordinator by January 31/11 will have their bingo bond cheques cashed on February 1, 2011.  This will ensure that all Bingo's are scheduled and those that don't, we will assume you want your cheques cashed, that you are not willing to work your bingo obligations.

Failure to complete any of the above requirements will leave your registration as INCOMPLETE.

As the dates are registered on the sign-up sheets they will be posted to the internet.  You will get a reminder call the day before or the day of your scheduled bingo.  Should you not show u for the Bingo, your bond(s) will be cashed the next day.  If you need to cancel and re-book your bingo it is your responsibility to contact the Bingo Coordinator with at least 48 hrs notice to do so.  If not, it will be your responsibility to find someone to take your spot or switch with, however the Bingo Coordinator must be notified right away, and not at the Bingo Hall on the night of the bingo, as the Chairperson working the bingo will not be the Bingo Coordinator.

All Bingo Workers must by 18 years of age!

All workers must be signed in by 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated in the link above.

Positions are pre-assigned, so there's no need to show up before 5:20 p.m. to get the job you want, as the schedule will already be posted.  There is a small list of rules/policies which are to be read prior to signing in.  They are: Bingo Worker Rules

Chairperson's and Paymasters are needed!!!!!!!!

If you are interested in working extra Bingo's and would like to be trained as a Chairperson or a PayMaster, please contact the Bingo Coordinator right away. 

Each extra (after your regular season bonds are worked) Bingo Worked entitles you to a Bingo Buck credit to be used towards registration and rep fees for the 2011/2012 season. Bingo Bucks are NOT transferable to a Bingo Bond. Bingo Buck pay out per one bingo worked:

Chairperson - $60

Paymaster - $40

Floor Walker - $30

I thank you and your children for your suport.  Without these Bingo's your registration cost would be increased by approx. $200 -- $400 per player.  All Bingo revenue goes towards the payment of ice costs.

Should you choose not to work your required Bingo's, you must complete the "Cash My Bingo Bond" form (found on the registration page) at the time of registration.
